Challenge — Barry Swenson Builders, a regional high-density developer, sought to create the ultimate high-rise urban living experience. The challenge was to design distinctive and contemporary looks for two of their model units - and to complete the project on time and on budget.
Solution — Barry Swenson Builders worked hand-in-hand with the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Business Sales team as well as local west elm store designers to create two unique home environments. To customize the feel of each apartment, special attention was given to the selection of furnishings and accent pieces that would highlight each unit's unique floor plan and interior finishes. Both spaces features chocolate-stained furniture accented with soft textures, vibrant colors and natural yet contemporary accessories to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
