Challenge — Oak Leaf Homes, a regional developer and builder, needed a quick and affordable solution to outfit five model homes in its first single-family home development and largest project to date.
Solution — Williams-Sonoma, Inc. worked closely with the design team at Oak Leaf to customize the look and feel of each house based on the targeted demographic. Because comfortable living and classic design were primary objectives, furnishings from Pottery Barn were strategically chosen to create an inviting atmosphere. West Elm furnishings were used to create a modern yet tranquil spa room, and Williams-Sonoma products were used to accessorize all model kitchens. Model homes opened on time and under budget.
