Challenge — Gerson Bakar & Associates (GBA), a national apartment management firm, decided to update its model apartment residences to better reflect the needs and tastes of its affluent customers in Newport Beach, CA. GBA's objective was to highlight the individual layouts and apartment options with five designs - each with a distinct look and feel - and complete the project within a tight deadline.
Solution — Collaborating with Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s Business Sales team, GBA received advice on a variety of floor layouts that customize each unit. Using Pottery Barn furniture and decorative accessories in the common spaces and bedrooms, and Williams-Sonoma product in the kitchens, our design team created five unique apartments with stylish, rich interiors that appealed to the local market.
