Challenge — Lennar Homes, a national homebuilder, sought to furnish three 4,000+ square foot homes, each with its own unique identity. Each model had to be warm and inviting, looking as though one was walking into the home of a friend or family member.
Solution — The design team at the Flat Iron Crossing Pottery Barn store utilized product from nearly every furniture collection we offer to create three distinct looks. They paid close attention to the clients' input, and focused on designing interior settings that aligned with the builder's home buyer profiles. The Business Sales team partnered with the local Pottery Barn store, which allowed for a streamlined installation process.
