Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
San Francisco, CA, June 22, 2007 – Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 24, 2007 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 27, 2007. As of May 27, 2007, the Company had 110,631,834 shares of common stock outstanding.
