Summer Internship is a unique and competitive program designed to prepare college seniors for an exciting career in the retail industry across our corporate offices and supply chain. We designed our internship program to be a game-changing first step in kicking off your career. Each intern is placed in a specific department that gives them hands-on professional experience solving real-time business issues. In addition, interns receive support from mentors and coaches such as Executive Leaders, Talent Management, Program Leaders, Intern Alumni and cross-functional peers. Our comprehensive program also exposes interns to the entire Williams-Sonoma, Inc. organization through our Executive Speaker Series, multi-day orientation, and unique experiences such as working in store.
