Corporate Headquarters
Our corporate teams are located in California in the cities of San Francisco, Brisbane and Rocklin, with an additional location in Brooklyn, NY. More than 1,500 talented associates take an entrepreneurial approach to supporting our retail, online and catalog businesses.
Customer Care Centers
The associates who work in our Customer Care Centers help our customers shop from our catalogs and websites and provide answers to product and order questions over the phone and by email. We have Customer Care Centers in Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, Dallas, TX and Shafter, CA.
Distribution Centers
To ensure rapid distribution of products, both to retail stores and our online and catalog customers, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. maintains nearly 7 million square feet of highly-automated, state-of-the-art distribution capacity across the United States. Situated on the Tennessee and Mississippi border, the Memphis/Olive Branch facilities are our largest centers and support our global transportation network. Distribution operations are also located in City of Industry, CA and Cranbury, NJ.
Manufacturing
In 2008, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. opened ’Sutter Street Manufacturing’ in Hickory, North Carolina, and is now producing a portion of our own upholstered furniture here in the United States. Our team of highly-skilled associates take great pride in their craftsmanship and creating quality products.
Retail Stores
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. operates more than 500 stores across the United States and Canada.
