Corporate Headquarters
Our Corporate Headquarters is located in four different buildings along the San Francisco waterfront. Over 1400 employees provide operational and administrative support to all our retail, catalog and online businesses.
Customer Care Center
The associates who work in our Customer Care Centers help our customers shop from our catalogs and websites and provide answers to product and order questions over the phone. We have Customer Care Centers in Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, and Camp Hill, PA.
Data Center
Our Data Center is an extension of the Information Technology department. It is located in Rocklin, CA, a fast-growing community north of Sacramento.
Distribution Center
To ensure rapid distribution of products, both to retail stores and our online and mail-order customers, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. maintains a highly-automated, state-of-the-art distribution center. Situated on the Tennessee and Mississippi border, the Memphis/Olive Branch facilities are over 3.5 million square feet. Distribution operations are also located in Ontario, CA and Cranbury, NJ.
Retail Stores
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. operates over 500 stores across the United States.
